Sometimes, however, it can be challenging to achieve the same amazing flavor in your coffee. Using Third Wave Water, it has never been easier to create the perfect cup! 

When you use the proper balance of minerals, you can finally achieve full flavor. Taste what the roaster truly intended in each and every cup! The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) has an outline of the required minerals to help optimize your water for coffee. Those minerals are included in each of our 3 profiles:

• Classic Profile: Calcium Citrate, Magnesium Sulfate, Sodium Chloride
• Espresso Profile: Calcium Citrate, Magnesium Sulfate, Potassium Bicarbonate
• Dark Roast Profile: Calcium Citrate, Magnesium Sulfate, Sodium Bicarbonate

By using our blend of simple, all natural minerals, you will also be able to reduce the bitterness found in some coffees. Using other water sources, such as tap, filtered, or spring water might reduce the sweetness, balance and clarity you want from your coffee. The balanced water chemistry that is utilized in each packet will help compliment your coffee and brighten the natural highlights in each cup!
