It was only 10 years ago when 2 guys discussed how to bring water engineered for coffee into the world. Within 8 months, they stood in front of the sharks in 2017 with the U.S. Brewers Cup Champion that year, pitching their new idea to help coffee. The world took notice and they never looked back.
This box contains seven specially curated items. Two boxes of our first water profile, two boxes of our Calibrated Water ® profile, a legendary coffee from Onyx Coffee Lab, a versatile Tin and our first Challenge Coin. 

✔ The 10 Year Tin – The 10 Year tin carries an homage to the original cigarette boxes. Flip the top, pop in sachets, a pen or a glass wand to mix your coffee, then place it anywhere that lacks color. Created for versatility and warmth.
✔ The 10 Year Challenge Coin – The beautiful Greek goddess of freshwater Tethys holds a cup of coffee in one hand and Third Wave Water’s logo in the other. She is the conduit of “Aqua Forma Saporis; translation, “water shapes flavor.” Water should not create the flavor, but carefully shape the flavor of the coffee to reflect its true qualities back to its admirer. Let the coffee speak for itself. Don’t push it to be something it is not.
✔ 2 Boxes of the Medium Roast Profile (1 Gallon & 2 Liter) – Our Calibrated Water ® profile. Used by coffee professionals around the world to ensure their coffees speak the same, quality language. From the coffee farms and labs to the roaster and finally to the home barista serving their family their favorite coffee in the morning. Helping coffee farmers receive fair prices and roasters with quality control. Experiment! Use the 1 gallon sticks for full strength at 150 TDS or the 2 liter sticks for half strength at ~80 TDS.
✔ 2 Boxes of the Light Roast Profile (1 Gallon & 2 Liter) – We created the first water profile to help the light roast coffee drinkers finally taste the floral and berry coffee notes in their favorite coffees. Armed with a fairly low buffer (~40 kh) and a loud magnesium recipe, this truly is the classic profile at Third Wave Water. Experiment! Use the 1 gallon sticks for full strength at 150 TDS or the 2 liter sticks for half strength at ~80 TDS. 
✔ 1 Box of Onyx Coffee – Costa Rica Cumbres del Poas Natural - This naturally processed coffee is a staple from Central America. Grown in Costa Rica’s Central Valley along the fertile slopes of the Poás Volcano, Cumbres del Poas benefits from high elevations and rich volcanic soils that have long made this area ideal for coffee production. The Chacón family has farmed coffee here for generations and is particularly well known for pioneering natural and honey processing in Costa Rica. Expect notes of grape alongside the inherent sweetness of semi-sweet dark chocolate.
