The Classic Profile was created to give you the best experience with your daily coffee brewing styles:

• Light to Medium Roast Coffees

The Espresso Profile was engineered to protect your Espresso Machines while still providing high dose of magnesium and award winning shots!

• Espresso Machines. Some examples include: French Press, Chemex™ pour over, Hario™ V60 pour over, etc.
• All Coffee Types. Brew any type of roast of coffee.

The Dark Roast Profile has a different mineral formula providing a much higher alkalinity which lowers the acidity, focusing the flavor profile more with chocolate or nutty characteristics typically present in those types of coffees.
